Leominster Festival (4 - 13 June 2010) in it's 28th year. Small but interesting, lasts 10 days

Presteigne Festival (26 - 31 August 2010) High brow music festival

Ludlow Arts festival (26 June - 11 July 2010) great arts festival. Shakespeare at end always memorable

Ludlow Food festival (10 - 12 September 2010) National reputation and extremely good and popular

Ledbury poetry festival  (2 - 11 July 2010)

Sheep Music, not always on everey year.  Herefordshire/Radnorshire's answer to Glastonbury but a lot smaller (about 3000 people usually)

Three choirs festival (Gloucester, 7 - 15 August 2010) rotates between Hereford, Gloucester and Worcester each year

The Big Chill (5 - 8 August 2010) Good family and music middle class festival in grounds of amazing Eastnor Castle

Abergavenny Food Festival (20 21 September 2010) Great cooking demos, tastings and stalls.

Herefordshire Art Week (11 - 19 September 2010) For 10 days artists, sculptures and craft makers exhibit their work in galleries, churches, studios, anywhere(!) which are all well signed. It is a great chance to explore and see what is on offer
