Directions: On arriving in Pembridge from the East turn left at the New Inn (the road which goes up the hill behind the pub), go exactly 3/4 mile then turn right at the crossroads, go again exactly 3/4 mile and Bearwood House and Cottage are on the right hand side.

Please note the red marker on the google map identifies the hamlet of Bearwood. It does note precisely locate the house and cottage. Similarly, if you are using a satellite navigation device it will probably direct you to Bearwood hamlet and not precisely to the Bearwood House and Cottage.

Directions to The Tennis Court:  The tennis court is one and a half miles away at the owners house, Hardwick House, Hardwick, Pembridge, Leominster, HR6 9HE. To find it from Bearwood House and Cottage - turn left out of the drive and go 3/4 mile to the crossroads.  Go straight over the cross roads and continue on this road for approximately one mile.  Take the left hand fork as the road forks and after about 200 yards there is a farm entrance on the right which is the back entrance to Hardwick House and Farm.  Go down this road and through the iron gates at the end.  Park anywhere around here.  The tennis court is just after the black and white barn on the right. Please note that the back entrance to the house is also a working farm road and you and your children should take care (in particular if on bicycles).
